Located in the Mauldin/Greenville area, Bonnie Brae Community is a single-family community made up of 273 members. Amenities include street lights, pool, pool cabana, family center, and 2 ponds. The community is governed by the appointed Board members who oversee the day to day operations while working close with Chastine Property Management.
