Ditch the Paper: A Step-by-Step Guide to Paying Online using Zego (formerly PayLease)

Click the link above and it will direct you to the login page for our payment portal. It will open in a new tab. 

If you already have an account, use your login information. If you have forgotten your password, follow the steps to recover your password through Zego. If you have forgotten your email used with your account, please contact CPM.

If you do not have an account and would like to create one, click the "GET STARTED" button. 

Type your first and last name, email, and phone number you associate with your household. Ensure your email address is typed correctly and your phone number is valid. 

Select your HOA from the drop-down list and type your street address in the box below it. Please do not add any additional information to the the street address box and ensure the street name and number are correct. 

Create a password with the following criteria required by Zego. Please save and remember this password. Hit the "+ Show More" below on this page to show remaining steps.

FAQs About Zego

Please reach us at office@chastinepm.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.  We are not Zego representatives, but have experience with the system and can assist with basic troubleshooting. 

Zego will send two emails when you create an account, and one of those two emails has a button to activate your account, the other does not. Make sure you have entered your email in correctly. It may not be received immediately after account creation, so keep an eye out for it and also check your junk folders, spam, etc. The verification link is only valid for 24 hours.


 Please call, visit, or email our office and we will do our best to troubleshoot.  


This service fee is not collected by your HOA or by Chastine Property Management. The service fees are set and collected by Zego and vary based on the amount being paid and the method of payment. 


While Zego may be our method of online payment, it is not a "portal" where you can view your account balance. Please call our office for more information regarding this.
